I choose this topic because growing up I had always watched my grandma sew, sometimes I would even thread the needle. Then eventually my aunt started sewing. One Day I was scrolling through TikTok, and I saw a video of a girl making a garment so I started to get interested in fashion design and would constantly watch fashion design pages. 

  The Principles of Fashion Design -Balance Balance is the visual weight in design. Balance makes the right and left side of a garment appear to be equal. A garment must be balanced to be visually pleasing. There are two types of balance.       They are: Symmetrical- Symmetrical or Formal Balance uses two identical objects on either side of the design, such as patch pockets of the same size.                    Asymmetrical Balance: In Asymmetrical or Informal Balance composition is different from one side of the garment to the other. Balance is achieved through visual impact.   Proportion-Proportion is the pleasing interrelationship between parts of a design. The   elements in the design should be scaled in size to fit its overall proportion. Emphasis -Emphasis creates a center of interest in a garment.  The Basic Elements of Fashion Design  -Shape or Silhouette  This is used to describe the outline of the whole garment. Silhouette is viewed from a distance            and is therefore garment. A silhouette should be related to the body structure, but some various   -Line   Line refers to the direction of visual interest in a garment. Lines are very important as you may         have to cut fabric before sewing even when using a pattern.    -Color   Color is the first element that viewers respond to because it adds excitement,  Mood and emotion         to a design.              Color has three dimensions:           1.  Fasion Design can be a stable job depending on what path you take in the industry. Balance is the property of the visual stability in the clothing.  I believe that Fashion design is a stable job, because you get to do what u love but you're also making a good amount of money. Stability is a design principle that values a predictable approach.
